The method comprises the following steps: building the multi-dimensional forms which comprise a service public form, a service specific form and a customer service form; configuring default values in the service public form and the service specific form; establishing an SQL standard statement to query a configuration item type and a configuration item value in the customer service form; and covering the default values in the service public form and the service specific form according to the configuration item type and the configuration item value. According to the method and system, different service configuration items are stored through the multi-dimensional forms; requirements for flexible service configuration in a service upgrading process can be met; and meanwhile, the data pressure caused by an exponential increase in service configuration is reduced.
