The method comprises the steps of receiving tunnel path information issued by a controller, the tunnel path information being used for limiting end node equipment through which a message needs to pass when the message is transmitted from source node equipment to tail node equipment and a message forwarding port and a message output queue corresponding to the end node equipment and the tail node equipment, obtaining an original message, and packaging the original message into an SRv6 message according to the tunnel path information, wherein the SRv6 message comprises node segment identifiers of the end node equipment and the tail node equipment, and the node segment identifiers comprise a message forwarding port and a message output queue corresponding to the end node equipment or the tail node equipment, and according to a destination address limited in the SRv6 message, forwarding the SRv6 message to next hop end node equipment represented by the destination address.
