Abstract

The antenna array comprises a top metal layer, a first dielectric layer, a first bonding layer, a second metal layer, a second dielectric layer and a third metal layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The first metal layer is provided with a circularly polarized antenna array, the circularly polarized antenna array comprises antenna units which are periodically arranged, each antenna unit comprises a pair of centrosymmetric asymmetric slotted rectangular patches, and the asymmetric slotted rectangular patches are two rectangular grooves which are unequal in length and are formed in one side of a rectangular patch; each antenna unit is in electric contact with the second metal layer through two pairs of metal columns. And the bottom feed network feeds the circularly polarized antenna array through the coupling gap and the metal column. The circularly polarized antenna array provided by the invention obtains 39.6% of impedance bandwidth and 50.7% of axial ratio bandwidth, and can be directly integrated with a millimeter wave radio frequency front-end circuit.
