Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a method, equipment, a computer readable medium and a system for network monitoring of a communication request for authorizing access to a device. One embodiment relates to a dual message model in a distributed environment in which an electronic access device receives a cancel signal and generates a revocation message with cancel information embedded in a data element of the revocation message and sends the revocation message to a processor computer, wherein the cancellation data may be read and saved by the processor computer prior to forwarding the authorization request message for authorization by the authorization entity. The method also includes generating a cancel message after the revocation message has been processed, wherein the cancel message is sent via a transport computer to clear the authorization status of the cancelled authorization request and to coordinate the authorization status of the cancelled authorization request with any necessary authorization or supervision entity in the network.
