The invention discloses a data acquisition and processing method when the sampling frequency of high-speed cylindrical gear transmission error measurement is insufficient, and the method comprises the steps: 1, operating a gear at a low speed, checking the meshing condition and basic parameters of the gear, and guaranteeing that there is no abnormality; 2, after the output end completes rotation sampling every time, when the output end needs to rotate to the least common multiple circle of the tooth number of the two workpieces, sampling of the next cycle is carried out; 3, sorting all the sampling points according to the angle values corresponding to the sampling points from small to large; 4, calculating a relative transmission error value according to the input shaft rotation angle information and the output shaft rotation angle information corresponding to the arranged sampling points; based on the measured relative transmission error curve, the maximum value, the minimum value, the peak-to-peak value and the mean square error of the relative transmission error can be determined. The device is suitable for various working conditions including different rotating speeds, torques, loading powers and the like, design optimization, machining process improvement and transmission system performance improvement of the cylindrical gear are achieved, and development of the cylindrical gear transmission technology can be promoted.

PROACTIVE CORRECTION OF POTENTIAL TRANSMISSION ERRORS IN A STORAGE DEVICE

Instead of risking interface failures caused by power degradation, all channels between the controller and the storage device (both in-band and side-band channels) are continuously monitored. This monitoring includes extracting relevant clues and using a predictive model that correlates the monitored clues with the subsequent occurrence of power degradation events. In response to the prediction results, the system can perform various remediation processes (countermeasures). The controller monitors various clues from the storage element and the power supply to predict an event with marginal signal integrity degradation at the interface. The monitoring and mitigation strategy is based on an open system. The controller does not use a continuous real-time feedback channel from the storage device that could signal pass / fail conditions.Given the nature of an open system and the calibration tolerance for the data acquisition, processing, and inference system, the controller must also be able to cope with false positive events.
