A transport stream, device and method for providing value-added services during channel change in a digital multimedia broadcasting system, and a broadcast receiver. The transport stream includes: program data, consisting of one or more broadcast programs and additional information corresponding to these broadcast programs; a program map table (PMT), service information having detailed information on broadcast programs and additional information; and a program association table (PAT) with a packet identifier corresponding to the PMT of the broadcast program.
