The open membrane ends (2) protrude on the outer side of the sealing layer (3). The sealing layer (3) is arranged on a spacer element (4) which has a layer which is penetrated by the capillary membranes (1) and which is non-permeable in relation to the casting material which hardens in order to form the sealing layer (3).
