There are one casing with bore possessing smaller left end, one slide block with lock tongue in the right end inside the smaller left end, air throttle guy cable hinged to the left end of the slide block, one pull rod inserted inside the large end of the casing, one claw bar with right end hinged to the pull rod, one claw block hinged to the left end oft claw bar and embedded to the lock tongue. There are at least two sets of claw bar and the claw block, and the pull rod has the right end hinged to the accelerator pedal. In case of stepping on the accelerator accidentally, the air throttle will be closed fast to brake so as to avoid accident.
