Benefits of technology

[0009] Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an air ventilator for a helmet which is configured such that the air duct is fitted to the helmet detachably so as to improve assemblability and stability, conforms to the motorcycle safety specification, and assures the quality.

Problems solved by technology

And when the operator wears the helmet, the air in the helmet is not ventilated, so the temperature inside of the helmet rises as time passes.
As the temperature inside of the helmet rises like this, the wearer feels headache or dizziness, so he has difficulty and inconvenience in that he has to ventilate the air of the helmet by taking off the helmet and putting it on again for a moment while he is wearing the helmet.
Also, the air duct may be attached by using double-sided tape, but it is difficult to apply it due to difficulty of quality assurance.

Embodiment Construction

[0021] Below will be described in detail a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0022]FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the main parts illustrating an air ventilator for a helmet according the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a guide rail 40 is fixed on the top surface of a helmet 10 by a screw 60, and a slider 50 is sidably mounted on the guide rail 40. The slider 50 is fixed on the bottom of an air duct 20 so that the air duct 20 is slidably assembled along the top surface of the helmet 10.

[0023]FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the structure of the guide rail according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the guide rail 40 has its both sides bent first upward and then bent again in the direction of the edge of the width at a predetermined distance so as to form first flanges 41 with a predetermined width on the edges of the guide rail 40. In the center of the guide rail 40 is formed a screw hole...

Abstract

An air ventilator for a helmet that can enhance the assemblability and stability by improving the assembly structure of the air duct assembled to the top of the helmet, is disclosed. The air ventilator comprises an air duct 20, a guide rail 40, and a slider 50. The air duct 20 is assembled on the top surface of the helmet 1 so as to cover around a plurality of air ventilation holes 1a. The guide rail 40 has both sides bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the edge of the width to form first flanges 41. The slider 50 has both sides bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the center of the width to form second flanges 51 and slidably mount on the guide rail 40 in close contact with the bottom of the air duct 20.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a motorcycle helmet, and more specifically to an air ventilator for a helmet that can enhance the assemblability and stability by improving the assembly structure of the air duct assembled to the top of the helmet and furthermore can aim at the certification of motorcycle safety specification (i.e. SNELL) and the stability of quality. [0003] 2. Description of the Related Art [0004] In general, during the driving of a motorcycle, a helmet for protecting the head of the wearer must be worn to protect the head of the wearer, and a shield is installed in the front of the helmet so that the wearer can have his field of vision not obstructed and can solve breathing difficulty. [0005] And when the operator wears the helmet, the air in the helmet is not ventilated, so the temperature inside of the helmet rises as time passes. As the temperature inside of the helmet rises like this, the weare...
