Benefits of technology

[0005]The present invention relates to a container which includes a plurality of frames and walls which are connected to the frames so as to define a storage space therebetween. A plurality of reinforcement boards are attached to the walls and located corresponding to the frames. Rivets penetrate through the reinforcement boards, the walls and the frames to connect the walls to the frames. The reinforcement boards reinforce the strength of the containers while the weight of the containers is not increased too much. By the reinforcement boards, thinner walls can be used to the container to obtain a light and strong container.
[0006]The primary object of the present invention is to provide a container that has better strength to reduce damages caused by rivets.
[0007]Another object of the present invention is to provide a container wherein the reinforcement boards are easily connected to the walls of the container.

Problems solved by technology

For the soft containers made by is glass fiber fabric sheets, carbon fiber fabric sheets or Kevlar fabric sheets, because these sheets do not have resin received therein so that the sheets can be easily deformed and friction becomes a severe problem when the containers are arranged side by side.

Embodiment Construction

[0013]Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the container of the present invention comprises a plurality of hollow and elongate frames 11 and walls 20 which are connected to the frames 11 so as to define a storage space enclosed by multiple side surfaces. In this embodiment, a six-side container is used for clear interpretation purpose. A plurality of reinforcement boards 21 are attached to the walls 20 and located corresponding to the frames 11. Rivets 22 penetrate through the reinforcement boards 21, the walls 20 and the frames 11 so as to connect the walls 20 to the frames 11.

[0014]The walls 20 can be made by Magnesium alloy, Aluminum alloy or composite material such as glass fiber fabric sheets, carbon fiber fabric sheets or Kevlar fabric sheets, or the mixture of different types of fibers.

[0015]The reinforcement boards 21 can be glued to the walls 20 or can be made integrally with the walls 20. The container that has the reinforcement boards 21 increases the structural strength while the ...

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly to a reinforcement board attached to outside of the container so as to avoid from cracking and any type of damage when rives extending through the walls and the frame of the containers.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002]A conventional air transport container includes six sides and generally includes multiple hollow and elongate frames 30 as shown in FIG. 4 and walls 31 are connected to the frames 30 to form the container. The walls 31 are connected to the frames 30 by rivets 32 which extend through the walls 31 and the frames 30. In order to have a lightweight container, the walls 31 generally are made by Aluminum alloy. Some container manufacturers develop even more lighter containers which are made by glass fiber fabric sheets, carbon fiber fabric sheets or Kevlar fabric sheets.[0003]However, the Aluminum alloy walls 31 have to be connected to the frames 30 by rivets 32 which penetrate th...
