[0014]Referring to FIGS. 1-3, one of a pair of socks with a pouch for insoles is generally indicated at 10, the other sock of the pair being symmetrical. Abstract

The socks with pouch for insoles provide a device for stabilizing insoles and include a pouch for receiving and removably retaining the insole therein. The pouch is fabricated from a soft, moisture-absorbing, washable liner, such as terry cloth or the like. Most acute arch pain is caused by the inflammation of the plantar fascia, a broad section of fibrous tissue at the bottom of the foot. This can be caused by over-pronation, or flat feet, a condition that has a genetic basis. Another common ailment is called heel spur.
