The system aims to address the problems of data acquisition being constrained by tides, the use of single assessment parameters, and the failure to consider ecological connectivity in priority assessments in existing technologies. The technical solution includes: automatically collecting data during the low tide safety window using a UAV equipped with a multispectral sensor and lidar; calculating the dike damage coefficient, ecological restoration coefficient, and seaward depth based on multi-source data; and generating a total priority score for removal using an assessment model coupled with the nonlinear decay effect of ecological connectivity.
