Electric motor fuel pump having a reduced length

An electric motor and fuel pump assembly with a housing having generally opposed ends with an electric motor within the housing having an armature with an axial commutator adjacent one end of the armature and one end of the housing. A fuel pump is positioned adjacent another end of the housing and the armature and is operably connected to the armature for being driven by the electric motor. A carrier within the housing has guides slidably receiving axially elongate brushes disposed generally parallel to the armature axis with ends contacting the commutator. Each brush is biased generally axially into contact with the commutator by a torsional spring with a coiled body having an axis generally transverse to the axis of the armature to decrease the overall axial length of the pump assembly. Preferably an end cover of the housing overlies and encloses the springs and brushes and preferably has an outlet port laterally offset from the brushes and within the outer periphery of the end cover to further decrease the overall axial length of the fuel pump assembly. Preferably electrical connector blades extend through the end cover and are laterally offset from and axially overlap in electrical connection with the brushes for supplying current to the motor.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a coiled polymer lithium battery and the coiled polymer lithium battery. The coiled polymer lithium battery comprises a packaging shell and a coiled body assembled in the packaging shell, wherein the coiled body comprises a diaphragm, a positive plate and a negative plate; the positive plate and the negative plate are separated through the diaphragm and are coiled into a certain number of turns; a positive tab and a negative tab are respectively welded at the ends of the positive plate and the negative plate; the exposed end of the positive tab is perpendicular to the width direction of the positive plate; the exposed end of the negative tab is perpendicular to the width direction of the negative plate. Compared with the coiled polymer lithium battery and inner structures of positive and negative plates thereof in the prior art, the coiled polymer lithium battery in the invention has the advantages that spot welding mode and position of the tabs are adjusted, a winding structure of a battery cell is changed, the offset of the central distance between the tabs is reduced, the surfaces of the coiling layer face the airbag, the time of introducing the electrolyte into the winding core is shortened, rapid absorption of the electrolyte is promoted, and the standing time after liquid injection is reduced.

High-performance wireless charging device

The invention discloses a high-performance wireless charging device. In order to overcome the shortcomings such as large magnetic loss of electromagnetic space, large coil size, high material consumption, low production efficiency and high cost of an existing wireless charging device, the cross section of a winding material of a coil of the high-performance wireless charging device is in a shape of non-circular rectangle or square; since winds wound by the winding material are positioned on a same plane and of consistent interval specifications, each coil winding is a coiled body comprising a plurality of flat sheet-like winds which are positioned on the same plane and of consistent interval specifications, and the coil winding can be integrally formed. The high-performance wireless charging device is mainly applied to wireless charging in the field of electric vehicles and intelligent mobile phones. Experiment shows that the space magnetic loss rate of the high-performance wireless charging device is decreased by 85%, the receiving and transmitting efficiency is improved by 20%, and defective ACR can be avoided; and the coil is small in size, occupies small space, can be formed by using a mold without manual or mechanical winding, and is low in material consumption, high in production efficiency and low in production costs, thereby significantly improving the benefit.
