The method comprises the following steps of: selecting to input a natural language text information language category through a language detection training model; obtaining word embedding expression information of corresponding words which can be recognized by a computer through a trained word vector model, and extracting a keyword of the obtained word embedding expression information through a TF-IDF manner; calculating an article vector and a category vector of each preset category according to the keyword and a keyword weight, and calculating a similarity between an article of natural language text information and each preset category so as to determine a text classification result ofthe natural language text information; and inputting the word embedding expression information of the natural language text information into a trained convolutional neural network and a parallel-framework text emotion analysis model of a bidirectional gate circulation unit, and obtaining a final emotion tendency value through calculation. Method and apparatus using discriminative training in natural language call routing and document retrieval

A method and apparatus for performing discriminative training of, for example, call routing training data (or, alternatively, other classification training data) which improves the subsequent classification of a user's natural language based requests. An initial scoring matrix is generated based on the training data and then the scoring matrix is adjusted so as to improve the discrimination between competing classes (e.g., destinations). In accordance with one illustrative embodiment of the present invention a Generalized Probabilistic Descent (GPD) algorithm may be advantageously employed to provide the improved discrimination. More specifically, the present invention provides a method and apparatus comprising steps or means for generating an initial scoring matrix comprising a numerical value for each of a set of n classes in association with each of a set of m features, the initial scoring matrix based on a set of training data and, for each element of said set of training data, based on a subset of said features which are comprised in the natural language text of said element of said set of training data and on one of said classes which has been identified therefor; and based on the initial scoring matrix and the set of training data, generating a discriminatively trained scoring matrix for use by said classification system by adjusting one or more of said numerical values such that a greater degree of discrimination exists between competing ones of said classes when said classification requests are performed, thereby resulting in a reduced classification error rate.

The invention discloses an image target detection method based on natural language semantics. Input of the method includes natural language phrase description of an image to be detected and a target to be detected; the image target detection method includes the steps that a global feature graph of the image to be detected is calculated through a convolutional neural network, then the global feature graph is input into an RPN network to calculate an alternative target set, a regional feature graph of an alternative target is extracted from the calculated alternative target set through an RoI pooling layer, the global feature graph of the image, the regional feature graph of the alternative target region and position information are used as context and combined with query phrase word vectors to represent input of an LSTM module and calculate the conditional probability of query phrases generated in the target region, and a detection result is returned according to the conditional probability. The natural language processing module LSTM model is fused into the Faster-RCNN frame, the shared computation characteristic of the Faster-RCNN frame and the image characteristics extraction advantage of the convolutional network are used for improving target detection efficiency and accuracy based on natural language semantics.
