The display panel comprises a display substrate and a touch function layer, the display substrate is provided with a display area and a frame area located on one side of the display area, and the frame area comprises a bonding area. The touch function layer comprises a touch signal line layer and a touch electrode layer which are arranged in a stacked mode, and the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of touch induction blocks. The touch signal line layer comprises a plurality of signal wires which are connected with the touch sensing blocks in a one-to-one correspondence mode and extend to the bonding area. The touch function layer comprises a fan-out area, and at least part of the fan-out area is located in the display area. The signal wire comprises a converging section located in the fan-out area, and the extending direction of the converging section intersects with the direction from the fan-out area to the bonding area.
