magnet (3) arranged at an axial end of the rotor core (1), wherein the second permanent magnet (3) is axially magnetized, and the second permanent magnet (3) comprises a plurality of polarity regions, and an included angle a between a geometric center line of one of the polarity regions and a d-axis of a polarity region adjacent to the one of the polarity regions and radially outside the one of the polarity regions and having the same polarity satisfies a >= 360° / 4p, and p is a pole pair number of the motor. According to the rotor structure, the
inductance difference and the
reluctance torque of the motor can be improved.
