Abstract

A floor structure for a scooter-typed vehicle is provided to improve comfortableness of pedal actuation by installing a footrest on a floor and carry an article on the floor without interfering with the footrest. A footrest(15) is pivotally supported to a hinge(42) on a floor panel(11) through a hinge shaft(45). When using the floor panel with the footrest being laid down, a foot is put on the footrest to easily actuate a rear brake pedal(14). In the case of carrying a large freight(87) on the floor panel, the footrest is rotated toward a front to stand up and provide a wide space for the freight. The footrest is disposed at approximately center of the floor relative to the rear brake pedal. The foot rest includes a resilient member for biasing the footrest and a footrest cover for covering a lower portion.
