Abstract

Said combined training system for boxer is composed of upper position machine and lower position machine. Said lower position machine is formed from man-shaped air bag, central processor, punching point portion, man-machine interaction portion, data memory, pressure sensor, communication module and JTAG portion. The ADC converter in the central processor can utilize air pressure sensor to obtain the air pressure change of air bag when which is punched by boxer, and can utilize formula Fmax=K1 (Vmax-V0t) to measure punching force. Said invention also provides a combined training method by utilizing said combined training system.
