The system employs a single-chip microcomputer as the core; a ball type vibration sensor or a mercury switch is used for collecting vibration generated duringrunning of the runner and thus recording the running frequency; the running speed is calculated by combining the frequency with the step length and running time of the runner; when the running speedis lower than a set value, the single-chip microcomputer carries out warning by a buzzer, so that the runner keeps the original speed all the time and thus the endurance training effect is improved conveniently. The system having a simple structure causes no radio wave pollution; the low cost is low; and the system has the broad market prospects.
