Abstract

The invention provides a method for controlling upstream data transmission in a long term evolution (LTE) system, which comprises the following steps: (a) a system defines that a medium access control header (MAC Header) of a medium access control protocol control unit (MAC PDU) comprises a 'scheduling control domain'; (b) a terminal sets the 'scheduling control domain' when constructing an upstream MAC PDU, and transmits the upstream MAC PDU to a base station via an upstream channel; (c) the base station receives and parses the upstream MAC PDU, and determines whether to allocate an upstream resource for the terminal based on the 'scheduling control domain'. The invention further provides a device for upstream data transmission in the LTE system, which comprises an upstream MAC PDU transmitting module for the terminal to generate the upstream MAC PDU, add and set the 'scheduling control domain' in the MAC Header of the MAC PDU and transmit the upstream MAC PDU to the base station via the upstream channel; and an upstream MAC PDU parsing module for the base station to parse the upstream MAC PDU received from the terminal and determine whether to allocate the upstream resource for the terminal based on the 'scheduling control domain'.
