Abstract

The invention relates to a fingerprint identification method based on central point vector correlative block; pre-stored template fingerprint data is used as the comparison reference data, which is a fingerprint array scanning image used for recording fingerprint indifference full-code data. A special calculation method is introduced for fingerprints waiting for comparison: first center points are positioned, then the center points are used as the circle center to expand into a block, then the center points are used as a reference to draw four vector lines in different directions; the nearest center point on the line is extracted; the fingerprint value is read; and finally fingerprint values in block and at all center points is processed to form a data set. The data set is searched and compared with the template reference data; the comparison result is compared with the judgment threshold; if the corresponding point is higher than the threshold, a pass is returned, and if the corresponding point is lower than the threshold, a rejection is returned.
