Abstract

The invention relates to a control system and a control method of RFID-based quality control of a supply chain. The control system comprises a system database, a data recording module, a data reading module and a data analysis module. The control method comprises the steps: the system database is created; the data in the system database records a storage unit corresponding to a product identification code and correctly corresponds to information in an RFID tag which is attached on the product and is the only representation of the product; and all data relevant to characteristics of product quality in the supply chain are read according to the content stored in the system database and the quality condition of the product corresponding to an RFID identification code is analyzed. Compared with the prior art, the control system and the control method of the invention can avoid complex recording in writing, shorten the time used for analyzing the data of quality control in the whole supply chain, and prevent errors which may occur in the analysis of the data of the product quality by the personnel in the prior art.
