The method comprises the following steps: a file access client (FAC) inquiries the location information of block data from a file location register (FLR); the FLR queries the location information when responding the inquiry of the FAC, and returns the location information to the FAC; and the FAC initiates a read data request to a file access server (FAS) corresponding to the location information to carry out read file operation.
