The method mainly comprises the following step: the authentification, authorization and chargingserver responds an authentification response message indicating the maximum user on-line time length or available time length to the access server according to a credit control response primary message sent by an on-line charging system, and in each subsequent charging time length, only charges for the previous charging time length and pre-distributes the work for the next available time length. The method can reduce the message transmission between the access server and the authentification, authorization and charging server, thereby saving the resources.
