The skin cream comprises the following components: a phase A, a phase B and a phase C, wherein the phase A is prepared from the following components: 2 to 3 percent of CETEARETH-25, 2 to 3 percent of CETEARETH-6, 4 to 4.5 percent of CETEARYL, 10 to 12 percent of 16 / 18 octoate, 3 to 4 percent of glycerol monostearate and 5 to 6 percent of vaseline; the phase B is prepared from the following components: 0.02 to 0.04 percent of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), 5 to 7 percent of propylene glycol and the balance of deionized water; and the phase C is prepared from the following components: 0.5 to 0.6 percent of vitamin sodium phosphate, 1 to 1.2 percent of vitamin A and 0.2 percent of essence.
