Problems solved by technology

In particular, the sheet number detection of layered targets has always been a troublesome problem, because there is a contradiction between cost and efficiency in sheet number detection
The contradiction is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: First, it is not feasible to manually verify the number of sheets of millions of products per day, so the method of sampling detection is often used in practical applications, which will inevitably cause Missed inspections increase the risk of defective products
Second, even for sampling testing, the human resources and management costs required for testing are quite high in the face of such a large number of products
Third, this type of work is high-intensity repetitive labor that can easily cause fatigue, resulting in false detection of products and increasing the risk of detection

Embodiment Construction

[0029] Various details involved in the technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be pointed out that the described examples are only intended to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, and do not have any limiting effect on it.

[0030] The basic principle of the present invention is to use the repeated periodicity of the layered target side texture to calculate the number of occurrences of a single texture. For the detection steps, please refer to figure 1 A flowchart of the technical solution of the present invention.

[0031] The present invention uses an industrial camera or other digital instruments to collect the side image of the layered target to be detected, and converts it into a digital image; then the digital image is transferred to the image processing system through the USB interface; finally, the number of sheets is detected and output result. The presen...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting number based on side texture analysis of a layered object. The method comprises the following processing steps: side texture of an object to be detected is sampled and then after sampling, the image is input to a computer; the original image is pre-processed and sectioned, thus obtaining a sub-image set; image segmentation is carried out on a section of sub-images in the sub-image set to obtain a corresponding foreground texture image; the foreground texture image is projected or sampled to obtain a one-dimensional array; the one-dimensional array is analyzed to obtain an estimated number value of the sub-images, and the estimated value is stored to be used; all sub-images in the sub-image set is circularly processed; and the estimated number value of the sub-images is counted to obtain the number of the layered object. The method introduces texture analysis into number detection of the layered object and applies a Gabor filter skillfully to carry out texture enhancement, thus enhancing performance of the algorithm. The sectioning processing divides the original texture image into multiple sections of sub-images, thus increasing image segmentation precision and enhancing detection accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of image processing, and designs and implements a sheet number detection method based on layered texture analysis. Background technique [0002] In the field of production, quantity inspection is an important part of product quality inspection. In particular, sheet number detection of layered objects has always been a troublesome problem, because there is a contradiction between cost and efficiency in sheet number detection. The contradiction is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: First, it is not feasible to manually verify the number of sheets of millions of products per day, so the method of sampling detection is often used in practical applications, which will inevitably cause Missed inspection increases the risk of defective products. Second, even for sampling testing, the human resources and management costs required for testing are quite high in the face of such a large number of products. Thir...
