The parking garbage is a three-dimensional parking garbage which is built on the ground and underground at the same place so that the parking garbage utilizes the area of scarce and expensive land to the maximum extent; in addition, when the parking amount is the same, the height and the depth of the parking garbage are only one second of those of a parking garbage which is only arranged on the ground or under ground, so that the time consumed by parking and taking vehicles at the highest layer and the lowest layer is improved by one half; and the invention has short time for parking and taking the vehicles and energy-saving effect and also reduces the difficulty for building the parking garbage.
