The feeding device is characterized in that the mouth of the storage cylinder is provided with an opening connected with a feeding hopper; the inlet of the feeding hopper is in contact with the outlet of the charging barrel; the bottom surface of the feeding hopper is provided with an electronic scale, or the inner wall of the feeding hopper is provided with an optoelectronic switch; and the feeding hopper is provided with a blanking device.
