A gas inlet of the hydrogen charging pipeline is connected with a receiving seat with an infrared communication module, a gas outlet of the hydrogen charging pipeline is in sealed communication witha gas inlet of the bottle mouth valve, a joint o the bottle mouth valve is screwed in a bottle mouth of the hydrogen storage bottle in a sealed mode, a gas outlet of the bottle mouth valve is in sealed communication with a gas inlet of the hydrogen supply pipeline, a gas outlet of the hydrogen supply pipeline is in sealed communication with a hydrogen adding port of a fuel cell, the hydrogen charting pipeline is provided with a first one-way valve, the hydrogen supply pipeline is provided with a first electromagnetic valve, the portion, between the gas inlet of the hydrogen supply pipeline adthe first electromagnetic valve, of the hydrogen supply pipeline is externally connected with a first pressure transmitter, a safety valve, a manual valve, a first TPRD relief device and a first temperature sensor. The fuel cell vehicle on-board hydrogen supply system is simple in structure and good in safety performance.

Hydromotive machines, e.g. hydroturbines and pumps with integral low head loss shut off valves are described. Arrays of such hydroturbines facilitate power generation within the limited space available at pre-existing gated water control structures. An adjustable pitch hydroturbine runner particularly suited for use with the integral loss shut-off valve provides higher power output and higher specific speed than prior art hydroturbines at low head hydroelectric projects. Arrays of pumps in accordance with the present invention provide high discharge capacity in a limited space, with each individual pump within the array having an integral low head loss valve for shut off and backflow prevention.
