According to the GOA device and the gate drive circuit, at least two pull-up modules and atleast two bootstrap capacitors are set in each GOA unit; each pull-up module corresponds to a clock signal source; and through utilization of the pull-up control modules, the pull-down modules and thepull-down maintaining modules, two adjacent lines of pixel units share a gate drive circuit, layout of GOA circuits in a frame area is reduced, and design of an ultra narrow frame is realized.
