System for waterborne ship hulls with devices and methods for optimizing energy efficiency

In so-called classic displacement ships, the hull speed limits the maximum achievable speed. The hull speed of displacement ships is defined as the physical limit of the maximum speed achievable in water. The most significant obstacle is the bow wave generated during travel [Fig. 02 (① )]. Devices and methods according to the invention eliminate or at least reduce the disadvantages caused by this obstruction, so that, in compliance with hydrophysical laws, it becomes possible to exceed the speed defined as the hull speed for displacement vessels, thus enabling an improvement in energy efficiency.

Ship windscreen wiper control method, controller, storage medium and program product

The invention provides a ship windscreen wiper control method, a controller, a storage medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of ships or other water ships. A group address identifier is set for each windscreen wiper driving plate, so that each unit is endowed with an identity which can be identified by software. Operating buttons are associated with a logical control group containing a plurality of addresses, rather than a single physical line. When the controller sends a broadcast instruction, the instruction is received by all the driver boards on the network, but only the driver boards whose own group address identifiers exist in the logic control group in the instruction can execute the action. The windscreen wipers of any number and any combination can be flexibly controlled by one button, and the combination relation can be modified through software at any time without any hardware modification, so that the economical efficiency and the control flexibility of the controller are improved.

Lake and reservoir ecological sludge circulation treatment process

This invention relates to the field of ecological dredging and sediment treatment technology, and discloses a lake and reservoir ecological sediment recycling treatment process, including the following steps: S1. Lake area cofferdam site selection: By predicting the dredging volume, a soil area with a wide water surface, suitable depth, and suitable for driving steel sheet piles is selected; S2. Construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam and three pools and two dams; S3. Sediment loading: Using a non-pumping backfilling method, overflow outlets are set up, and water overflows after sedimentation, and backfilling is carried out to the design capacity; S4. Dewatering: After the sediment loading area is full, it is converted into a dewatering area; S5. Excavation and transportation: After dewatering to meet standards, it is converted into an excavation and transportation area; S6. Regional recycling: After excavation, the area is leveled. This method breaks through the limitations of traditional onshore dewatering and waterborne vessel treatment, and innovatively adopts an in-situ treatment scheme using a lake center cofferdam. It does not require occupying shoreline or additional land space, fundamentally solving the industry pain points of shoreline scarcity and vessel operations constrained by water conditions.

Intelligent positioning and assembly system based on ship block construction

ActiveCN122232835BButt jointRadar
The present application belongs to the technical field of ships or other water vessels, and specifically relates to an intelligent positioning and assembling system based on ship segment construction. A solid-state laser radar and a linear array infrared camera are fixed in the butt joint area of the outer plate of the segment to be assembled to obtain local point cloud data, and the theoretical position of the rib plate and the theoretical trend of the weld are extracted from a digital template as prior topological constraint features. For the point cloud missing area caused by physical shielding of adjacent segments, a non-uniform rational B-spline surface fitting algorithm based on a moving least square method is used to reconstruct the virtual point cloud with the prior topological constraint features as the boundary conditions. The complete local point cloud containing the virtual point cloud is iteratively closest point registered with the target point cloud to calculate the pose deviation, and the deviation is input into a three-degree-of-freedom servo driving mechanism to perform pose adjustment. The present scheme overcomes the defect of missing butt joint feature information caused by structural shielding in a narrow space, and realizes the calculation of segment pose deviation and adjustment of the actuator in a restricted space.
