Flexible MEMS resistance reducing covering and method of manufacturing the same

The invention discloses a flexible MEMS resistance-reducing skin and a manufacturing method thereof used for reducing skin friction resistance during the advancing of on-water or underwater vehicles, which employs micro-fine resident bubbles to reduce resistance and belongs to the fields of micro-machinery and fluid dynamics. The upper surface of the skin is a surface layer coated with micro-pit arrays and processed by surface soakage; electrolytic anodes and cathodes of comb-shaped micro-fine planar metal, which are attached on an insulating layer, are arranged at the bottom of the micro-pits; a flexible substrate is positioned below the insulating layer; wire leading terminals for electrodes are arranged on the lower surface of the skin; and both the surface layer and the substrate are made by flexible materials. The overall thickness of the resistance reducing skin is at sub-millimeter level, and the skin is in the status of flexible film. The manufacturing method is an MEMS micro machining technique compatible with the flexible MEMS technology. The flexible MEMS resistance-reducing skin is coated on the outer surfaces of the on-water or underwater vehicles, with power thereof supplied by the on-water or under-water vehicles. Micro-bubbles stably residing in the micro-pits are formed by water electrolysis reaction to coat most parts of the surfaces of the on-water or under-water vehicles, thus realizing the function of reducing skin friction resistance.

Unmanned ship based on wind energy driving and navigation control method thereof

The invention provides an unmanned ship based on wind energy driving. The unmanned ship comprises a ship body. A rudder is arranged on the tail portion of the ship body. The ship body is internally provided with a navigation control system. The unmanned ship further comprises a solar energy power supply system, environment sensing equipment and a positioning device. The solar energy power supply system comprises solar energy cell panels and an energy storage device. The output end of the energy storage device is connected with the environment sensing equipment, the positioning device and the navigation control system. The navigation control system comprises a shipborne processor and a PID controller, wherein the shipborne processor is used for planing a route according to the collected information of the environment sensing equipment, the real-time positioning information of the positioning device and a preset task key position, and the PID controller is used for controlling angles and rudder angles between a mainsail and the wind direction as well as between a fore sail and the wind direction according to the result of the shipborne processor. An ancient water vehicle, namely, the sailing ship is utilized, and the wind energy is utilized to serve as driving force, so that zero discharging of pollutants is achieved, and the long-time continuous voyage can be guaranteed. By adjusting the position and the angle of the wind sails, smooth navigating can be carried out even under the headwind situation.

The invention relates to a sun and planet type blade water vehicle mechanism and a sun and planet type blade group. The sun and planet type blade water vehicle mechanism comprises a frame body, at least one sun and planet type blade group and a power unit. The power unit has an axis which rotates with the rotating disk simultaneously. Therefore, when being applied to generate power, the invention can improve the generation efficiency; and when being applied to generate flowing water flow, the invention can push the water flow to the same direction at low speed with large amount.
