The sun and planet type blade group is fixedly arranged on the frame body; and each sun and planet type blade group comprises a rotating disk, a central fixing part, a plurality of blades and a transmission mechanism. The rotating disk can rotate relatively to the central fixing part. The blades are pivoted on the rotating disk and can rotate relatively to the rotating disk. The transmission mechanism is positioned between the rotating disk and the central fixing part and used for transmitting power between the rotating disk and the central fixing part so as to lead the blades to be capable of carrying out autorotation and carrying out revolution around the central fixing part. The power unit has an axis which rotates with the rotating disk simultaneously.
