The multielement active nutritional agent can supplement medium nutrient elements and trace nutritional elements in the soils, improve content of organic matter in the soils, promote adsorption action of the crops for nitrogenous, phosphate and potassium fertilizers and increase the yield of the crops. The multielement active nutritional agent of the invention can be applied according to content of the medium nutrient elements and the trace nutritional elements in different soils and demand characteristics of different crops for the medium nutrient elements and the trace nutritional elements and is beneficial for formula balanced fertilization.
