The intelligent mountain bike helmet and the realization method thereof have the advantages that: 1) the whole system is integrated on the mountain bike helmet so as to achieve the characteristics of compactness, light weight, convenience, intellectualization and integration; 2) the acceleration sensor is adopted to detect the change of acceleration in a riding process, judge whether a rider falls or not according to an amplitude value of the acceleration signal and judge whether to transmit an automatic alarming prompting signal or not according to the result, so the aims of automatic alarming and informing companions are fulfilled; and 3) a microphone is adopted to detect the strength of voice signals in the riding process and control the switching of communication statuses according to the strength of the voice signals, so the function of free communication in riding is realized.
