The system comprises a plurality of radio frequency identifying cards, a plurality of settling terminals, a plurality of wireless radio frequency identifying devices and a central control system. After a customer acquires an activated radio frequency identifying card and acts in a place, the wireless radio frequency identifying device can immediately collect the effective radio frequency identifying card information in the covered area and send to the central control system. Through a display warning module of the central control system, the position and the consumption time of each customer can be known. When the customer returns the activated radio frequency identifying card, a manager can use the settling terminal to log off the activated radio frequency identifying card and automatically show the sum of consumption according to the consumption position and time.
