Problems solved by technology

However, the processing speed of the hose section is severely limited in the known device mainly due to the bottom opening station, in which the top layer of the hose section end is folded back in the horizontal direction in order to open the hose section end.
This is particularly disadvantageous due to the fact that the slide must slide almost completely over the level of the end of the hose section in the rest state of the pocket
This way of working is relatively cumbersome

Embodiment Construction

[0024] figure 1 The individual steps for processing the textile tube into a bag are briefly shown, how they are carried out in the bag processing device 1 .

[0025] The fabric tube 2 is first conveyed to the bag processing device 1 . This is advantageously achieved in the unwinding device 4 by unwinding the textile hose forming the reel 3 . The hose 2 is then so-called opened at the layering station 5 . Here, the textile hose is guided around an inner mold which separates the two layers from each other and thus separates the layers if they were already glued to each other during the processing step of the hose. Only with separate layers can it be ensured that successive production steps are carried out in an orderly manner. The separate layers of hose material are then laid on top of each other.

[0026] The textile hose is now fed to the transverse cutting device 6 , which subdivides the textile hose into individual hose sections.

[0027] Then the original conveying dire...

Abstract

The invention describes an apparatus for producing sacks from tubular parts which comprise woven fabrics made from stretched small plastic tapes and are composed of two material layers which lie above one another. The following are contained in said apparatus: - at least one transport device for transporting the tubular parts in a transport direction (x) which extends transversely with respect to their direction (z) of extent, wherein the tubular parts can be conveyed in a horizontal position, and - at least one device for opening at least one end of a tubular part, in order to form bases later. The device for opening at least one end of a tubular part comprises the means for folding over the ends of the tubular parts, by way of which means the two ends of the tubular parts can be moved out of the horizontal position into a vertical position (y), wherein, furthermore, the material layers lie on one another.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing bags according to the preambles of claims 1 and 13, comprising a fabric made of stretched small plastic strips. Background technique [0002] Such devices are known and have long been available on the market. They generally mainly comprise a subdivision device for subdividing the incoming fabric hose into hose sections, which can also be clad. The hose section consists of two material strips located one above the other, wherein each material strip can be constructed from several layers of different materials. The hose sections are then received by at least one conveyor device for taking them to the respective processing stations. One such processing station is a so called open bottom station. At least one end of the hose section is pulled out here, so that a base can be formed at this drawn-out end. Usually both ends of the hose section are treated in this way. [0003] A device is k...
