Embodiment Construction

[0026] The technical scheme of the present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0027] The control system of brushless DC motor usually adopts a three-phase full-bridge structure, such as figure 1 As shown, T1~T6 are power switches, and D1~D6 are freewheeling diodes, which are used to provide a freewheeling path for the off phase. With this topology, different magnetic potentials can be generated through different switch combinations. The commutation process of the brushless DC motor is as follows: image 3 shown. Therefore, as long as the correct corresponding relationship between the sensor signal and the switch combination is obtained, that is, the commutation table, the motor can be driven to rotate reliably.

[0028] The brushless DC motor Hall phase sequence detection device of the present invention, as attached figure 2 As shown, it includes a calculation processing module, a motor drive module and a man-machine interfac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Hall phase sequence detecting method of a brushless direct-current motor, relating to the technical field of the brushless direct-current motor. Based on the operating principle of the brushless direct-current motor and the magnetic potential synthesis principle, the method adopts the magnetic potential of a fixed stator to position a rotor, and obtains the position of the rotor by reading a signal of a Hall position sensor, thus determining the relation of the magnetic potential of a stator and the position of the rotor. The invention also discloses a phase sequence detecting device of the brushless direct-current motor, comprising a computational processing module, a motor-driven module and a man-machine interface module, wherein the man-machine interface module comprises an input unit and an output display unit; a motor-driven unit is in a three-phase inverse bridge-type structure; and the calculated processing module is respectively connected with the motor-driven module, the input unit and the output display unit by signals. Compared with the prior art, the detecting device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the cost is low and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of brushless DC motors, and in particular relates to a method and device for detecting Hall phase sequence of a portable brushless DC motor. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of power electronics technology, microelectronics technology and new magnetic materials, brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely used in numerical control due to its unique advantages such as small size, light weight, high efficiency, large torque, and good speed regulation performance. Machine tools, robots, electric vehicles, home appliances, office automation equipment and other fields have been widely used. Compared with ordinary DC motors, brushless DC motors have the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, long life, and no commutation sparks; compared with AC asynchronous motors, they have the advantages of simple control, no excitation loss, and high power factor. The basic s...
