Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for better testing of XENON lamps without being burnt out or requiring complex operations like setting up an incandescent bulb at home. Additionally, it provides advanced fuzzy logic that helps users quickly find specific conditions under certain environmental factors such as exposure time and temperatures. Overall, this innovative method simplifies the process of studying these lights' characteristics during their manufacturing processes.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes an XENON lamps testing chamber that uses AC power without balancing its voltages or burning off certain parts during tests due to poor performance over longer periods. However, this results in frequent replacement of expensive components with less reliable ones. Additionally, it makes maintenance difficult because there may still have issues related to maintaining consistently high levels of light output despite changes made by different users who replace one part frequently.

Embodiment

[0023] A xenon lamp weather resistance test box, the test box includes a humidification system, a heating system, a lighting system, a refrigeration system and an electrical system, the main view of the test box is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the front of the test box is provided with a built-in box door 1, and the middle part of the box door 1 is provided with an observation window 2. The box door 1 is connected to the box body through a hinge 3, and casters 4 are provided at the bottom of the test box. The material of the outer shell of the test box is a commercially available A3 steel plate, and the material of the inner tank is a commercially available SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel. The A3 steel plate is processed by CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic to make the outer tank of the test box, which is more clean and beautiful. The SUS304 stainless steel mirror plate is used to make the inner tank of the test box.

Abstract

The invention relates to a weathering test box for a xenon lamp. The test box comprises a humidification system, a heating system, an illumination system, a refrigeration system and an electrical system, wherein the front face of the test box is provided with an embedded box door; the front face of the box door is provided with an observation window; the box door is connected with a box body through a hinge; and the bottom of the test box is provided with casters. Compared with the prior art, the test box uses direct current, prevents the current from burning the lamp tube of the xenon lamp, has accumulated timing function, is convenient to use, can simulate sunlight and rainwater effect, can perform temperature and humidity control and automatic radiation energy correction, and simulates a xenon arc lamp with a full sunlight spectrum in the natural world to represent destructive light waves existing in different environments so as to perform a light resistance test and an accelerated weathering test on a material.
