The synthetic method includes steps of weighing 1-1.2mmol of silver nitrate to prepare 10-15mmol/L of solution at first and dripping weak aqua ammonia into the solution to obtain Tollens' reagent; then weighing 20g of bentonite; adding 80-100mL of distilled water into the bentonite to immerse the bentonite for 10 hours to 12 hours so as to obtain bentonite suspension; dripping the Tollens's reagent into the bentonite suspension, stirring, ageing in water bath at the temperature ranging from 80 DEG C to 85 DEG C for 24 hours, washing by four times to five times, and adding 30-50mL of distilled water; dripping 0.01-0.1mol/L of phosphoric acid in a product, stirring for 4 hours, leading the mole ratio of the adding quantity of the phosphoric acid to the used quantity of the silver nitrate to be 1:3, ageing in water bath at the temperature ranging from 60 DEG C to 65 DEG C for 24 hours after stirring is finished, and repeatedly washing until supernate is neutral; and finally drying at the temperature of 105 DEG C, grinding, and irradiating under an xenon lamp with the power of 400-500w for 50-80 minutes so as to obtain the supported silver phosphate/silver catalyst. The present invention further provides a preparation process of the material, comprising: (a) according to the chemical formula, weighing oxide materials of corresponding elements and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate according to a stoichiometric ratio; and (b) grinding the weighed materials, burning the ground materials at the temperature of 850 to 950 DEG C for 2.5-4 h, cooling the materials to the room temperature, and grinding the materials to obtain a powder-like up-conversion luminescence material. It is experimentally proved that when excited by a common light source (such as an incandescent lamp, an xenon lamp, a fluorescent lamp and an LED lamp), especially by sunlight, the material can emit ultraviolet light UVC that can effectively kill bacteria; and the material has a broad application prospect in the fields of food safety and environmental protection.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) dispersing 0.1-1.0g of TiO2 nano crystal taking 0.1-0.5ml of oleic acid, oil amine or 1-octadecene as surfactant into 50ml of chloroform, stirring to be uniform, so as to obtain TiO2 nano crystal dispersion; 2) taking 0.2-0.5g of AgNO3 and dissolving AgNO3 into 10ml of ethanol, adding the TiO2 nano crystal dispersion, stirring to be uniform, then transferring mixed solution into a three-opening flask, degassing for 20-60min with argon, sealing, and carrying out photo-reduction synthesis for 30-90min under the conditions of stirring and taking an xenon lamp as a light source, thus the Ag/TiO2 nano heterogenous junction is obtained. By applying the preparation method disclosed by the invention, novel photocatalysis material with low cost and high efficiency and other photoelectric functional materials are hopeful to be developed. The synthetic method disclosed by the invention is also effective when being used for preparing a more complex functional nano structure.
