Embodiment 1

[0037] 1. Protein complex recognition model (EPOF) based on key proteins and local adaptation

[0038] The present invention defines the protein complex as: the key protein is used as the seed node, the node fitness is used as the judgment condition to continuously expand, and the cluster corresponding to the maximum local fitness value.

[0039] In order to clearly describe the protein complex recognition model based on key proteins and local adaptation, the inventors define the model as follows:

[0040] The inventors propose a local fitness function f that is consistent with the weak modular model H , whose expression is as follows:

[0041] f H = d w in ( H , v ) d w in ( ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a protein complex identification method based on key protein and local adaptation. Based on the importance of the key protein to life activities of organisms and the topological property of a protein interaction network, the invention discloses the protein complex identification method (EPOF) based on key protein and locally adapted protein by using the key protein as a seed. The protein complex identification method not only can be applied to a non-weighted protein interaction network, but also can be applied to a weighted protein interaction network. The protein complex identification method can be used for recognizing the protein complex more accurately only according to the protein interaction information and the key protein information, and predicting a large quantity of protein complexes in one step, and solves the problems of high cost, high time consumption and the like of the chemical experiment method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of system biology and relates to a method for identifying protein complexes based on key proteins and local adaptation. Background technique [0002] In the post-genome era, systematically analyzing and comprehensively understanding the topology of biological networks, biochemical processes in cells, and how proteins interact to complete life activities has become a very challenging research topic. Protein is an essential component of all cell and tissue structures. It is the executor of physiological functions and the direct embodiment of life phenomena. Each protein in a cell does not exist in isolation, and the occurrence of life phenomena is often affected by multiple factors, which must involve multiple proteins. It can be said that almost all biological processes are precisely executed through the interaction between proteins. Therefore, each protein in the cell does not complete the assigned function independ...
