The educational instrument comprises a host machine, an educational board and an electronic control board, a refrigerating pipeline system and a hot water pipeline system mounted in the host machine, and an electric control system consisting of a host machine parameter inputting device, a circuit board and an executing mechanism and an educational board. A front surface of the educational board is printed with a structure picture and provided with a plurality of electric signal measuring points for detecting electrical device execution mechanisms of the refrigerating pipeline system and the hot water pipeline system. The measuring points are wired at the back of the board and are wired on the execution mechanisms of the corresponding refrigerating pipeline system and the hot water pipeline system. A transform device and a parameter simulation module are arranged on the educational board. By using a one-selection mode, the parameter simulation module or the host machine parameter inputting device of the electric control system is connected to an input port of the circuit board. The front surface of the electronic control board is printed with a wiring diagram and is correspondingly provided with the circuit board and part of electronic elements.
