The method comprises the following steps: emitting a request of calling the telephone operator and a calling out request of a called subscriber; when the telephone operator is off-hook and a final response of the called subscriber is busy, emitting a conversation inserting request; according to the conversation inserting request, adding the telephone operator, the called party and an opposite terminal subscriber who communicates with the called subscriber into a three party conversation conference so as to realized the conversation between the telephone operator and the called subscriber. The invention also provides an apparatus and a system for the telephone operator to realize inserting the conversation in the switchboard service so that the telephone operator can contact with the group subscriber who is communicating with the other subscriber.
