Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for restraining and eliminating dirt of a recycled water plate heat exchanger on line. The device is characterized by comprising an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic amplitude transformer and a water treatment outer sleeve, wherein the ultrasonic amplitude transformer is arranged in the water treatment outer sleeve; and oneend of the ultrasonic amplitude transformer is connected with the ultrasonic transducer, and the other end of the ultrasonic amplitude transformer is inserted into a recycled water inlet port of the plate heat exchanger. A method for cleaning the device on line is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, killing microbes in the dirt by using ultrasonic waves with low frequencyand high power, and stripping the dirt; and secondly, eliminating inorganic dirt and residual microbial films by using ultrasonic waves with high frequency and low power. The device and the method are suitable for the plate heat exchanger which uses recycled water as a heat exchange medium, can realize on-line cleaning without influences on the normal operation condition of the heat exchanger, isenvironment-friendly, is easy and convenient to mount, and can make the plate head exchanger operated safely and economically in a long period.
