Abstract

The invention discloses a handheld device with a password authentication function and a system applying the same. The handheld device with the password authentication function comprises a plurality of input components, a storage component and a processing component, wherein each of the input components is different from other input components; the processing component is electrically connected with the input components and the storage component; the storage component stores password information; the processing component comprises a receiving module and a password authentication module; the receiving module respectively receives a plurality of input signals from the input components; and the password authentication module authenticates whether the input signals satisfy the password information or not. The invention can increase dimension and complexity of the password input, and can reduce a risk that the handheld device with the password authentication function is misapplied by others.
