Abstract

The invention discloses an isostactic pressing method and an isostactic pressing system. The isostactic pressing system comprises an isostactic pressing device, a temperature control device and a pressure device, wherein the isostactic pressing device comprises a closed pressure cavity; an imprinting object is placed in the isostactic pressing device; the closed pressure cavity is connected with the pressure device, so as to form a sealed area; a working fluid is filled in the sealed area; and the pressure device makes the working fluid pressurized. When the isostactic pressing device is closed, the temperature of the working fluid is raised by the temperature control device, so as to soften the imprinting object, then the pressurized working fluid presses the imprinting object through a heat-conducting film, and finally, the imprinting object is formed in the isostactic pressing device. Through the adoption of the linear pressure equalizing and linear heat equalizing properties of liquid and the like, the imprinting object can be pressed and heated uniformly.
