Abstract

The invention provides an integrated network coding label switching method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting part of nodes in a label switching network as network coding points of a coding sub-network for network coding to obtain network coding groups, simultaneously adding routing forwarding labels and network coding labels in the front of the network coding groups, and forwarding the labels and the network coding groups to the coding sub-network; and (2) selecting part of the nodes in label switching network as core nodes of the coding sub-network, receiving the network coding groups, again performing network coding operation, utilizing new routing forwarding labels and network coding labels to respectively replace the routing forwarding labels and the network coding labels in the step (1), and forwarding out the new routing forwarding labels and network coding labels together with the new network coding groups. By adopting the integrated network coding label switching method, network codes can be quickly deployed in the core network, and meanwhile, the influence on the conventional network architecture and equipment from the network codes is reduced to the minimum.
