The used soap is placed in the soap box, and soapy water flows into the collection tank through the flow-back holes; moisture is evaporated through the evaporation holes under the action of the heating device, and the solidified soap can be taken out by opening the collection tank and can be recycled; and therefore, the soap can be collected and recycled.
