Disclosed is an oil or fat composition characterized by containing a medium-chain fatty acid having 8 to 10 carbon atoms and a long-chain fatty acid having 12 to 24 carbon atoms both in the forms of triglycerides, wherein the content ratio of the long-chain fatty acid in the total amount of the medium-chain fatty acid and the long-chain fatty acid is 25 to 90 mass%.
