Abstract

The invention provides an automatic counting method of a sewing machine. The method includes the following steps: (1) utilizing an electronic device to convert mechanical moving process indexes of sewing machine parts into light signals, electric signals or magnetic signals and collecting the signals; and (2) transmitting the signals obtained in the step (1) into a computer for analyzing processing to obtain output number of the sewing machine by means of the corresponding relation between the mechanical moving process indexes and output number of products to be counted. The method has the advantages that no special manual work is required after program setting is finished when the method is used for counting the products of the sewing machine, the computer can automatically count the products and calculate data required by other production management control to obtain the data immediately. Simultaneously, an electronic label scanning device is not required, and no professional is required for operation, so that the automatic counting method can further improve working efficiency and save cost.
